RX: I bloody love Xena and you worked on Xena (TV) from 1998 to 2000! Would you please elaborate on this project?MM: Well KNB had the Xena contract and its just one of those things we did in the shop during and in between all the films we were doing. We had a woman by the name of Mel Tooker that was stationed in New Zealand (where they shot it) and she would send us the scripts and let us know what was coming up. We would make the stuff and if it was a FX heavy show we would send people out there to give her a hand. I got to go on a Mermaid episode and put a tail on Gabriel… Good times.
